Trent Bedding is a local, family owned business serving South Central Kentucky.  We are one of the area’s premier sleep shops. Trent Bedding was founded by husband and wife team, Trent and Janice Ranburger in November 2006. We established the business with a few basic principles:

**Never sell a product we wouldn’t personally have in our home
**Provide superior customer service during and after the sale

At Trent Bedding we pride ourselves in finding the top quality products that we would have in our home.  We go the extra mile by constantly researching the market so you don’t have too. We keep ourselves and our staff up to date on all new products that are available. We even visit our mattress factories so we can first hand see how the mattresses are constructed.  In doing this, we can make sure every mattress we sell we would put in our home.  At Trent Bedding we know you can probably shop and find a lower quality at a lower price, but that is not what we want to sell. Like the tag line says; “If I won’t have it in my house, I won’t deliver it to yours!!!”

Trent Bedding trains comfort specialists that are not like your every day sales person. We personally train our staff on all aspects of the mattress industry. This will allow you to be more comfortable asking questions and fell more confident with the answers you get. Trent Bedding is not like your other stores. The one thing that will stand out the most is our low-pressure shopping environment. We know that buying a mattress is neither fun nor easy. That’s why we want to help your purchase be as painless as possible. What we do best is listen. By that I mean we listen to you and what you want and need. At Trent Bedding we carry Southerland Mattresses and Scandinavian Mattresses. Southerland is a national mattress manufacturer with their home office in Nashville, TN. They too are a local, family owned business that was founded in 1893. (That’s older than most mattress companies)  They buy their foam products from Carpenter Foam out of Russellville, KY and their innersprings units from Leggett & Platt (the bedding industries largest conglomerate) out of Nashville, TN. They spend their money on the products going into the mattresses and not the advertising to tell you about them. So when comparing them to a National ‘S’ brand company, the quality is the same if not better. As for prices, well let’s just say, Trent Bedding will give you a bigger bang for your buck.

Customer service and community involvement are the top priorities with us at Trent Bedding. We work closely with B.R.A.S.S (Barren River Area Safe Space), Life Skills, Red Cross, Salvation Army and many local churches to donate any bedding we can for those in need. We joined up with the Salvation Army through the holidays to help warm hearts in our community through donating canned goods and monetary donations.
